The walk will end with healthy snacks and a tea made from local edible plants. \nPlease arrive 10 minutes before class at the main entrance. Class begins promptly at 8:30am. For your comfort\, consider wearing warm layers\, study shoes with tread\, a hat and sunscreen\, and bringing a small pad or camping stool to sit on. \nPre-registration required. No walk ins. Limited space available. She holds an M.S. in Neuroscience and has pursued a winding career in healthcare. Over time\, she discovered her own medicine in returning to nature and connecting with the forest. Her perspective on health has led to a life-long pursuit to inspire people to advocate for their own wellness by spending time in the natural world\, walking through green spaces\, wading in streams\, digging in the soil\, and sitting under trees.
