Storywalk© at the Park

Description

The pages of this inspiring book are printed on large standing signs in English and Spanish, creating a unique walking experience for all ages. Start the story by finding sign #1 on the path near the Kids World Playground.

A Storywalk© is an interactive reading experience in which a reader walks from sign to sign for an outdoor reading experience. Many thanks to author Rafael Lopez and Orchard Books, an imprint of Scholastic Inc., for giving the Library permission to share We've Got the Whole World in Our Hands! The Storywalk© Program is a collaboration between the City of Santa Barbara Parks and Recreation Department and the Santa Barbara Public Library. People of all ages are welcome to experience the story at their own pace, begin at their own start time, and determine their own level of interaction with the prompts.
