Welcome to the Healthy People Healthy Trails Calendar of Events. Please check back with us each month to learn more about events in our community that promote an active lifestyle. Read each description carefully and visit the sponsors' website for more information. Most events are free, but some have a fee or request a donation. The level of difficulty for each event varies. Check with the event leader if the level of difficulty is not clearly stated or if you have questions about the event.

Sedgwick Reserve | Walking Ecology and Public Hikes

Interpretive hiking tours of Sedgwick will be offered on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month from January to May 2020. Tours, led by docent naturalists who highlight wildlife, history, geology, and wildflowers.
