Aquatic Birds of Oso Flaco Lake
Join us for a bilingual Trek on Saturday, August 12th from 9:00 am to 12pm at Oso Flaco Lake! Trek lead Carlo will lead an EXCITING tour of riparian ecosystems found throughout Oso Flaco Lake, with an emphasis on aquatic birds.

The Guadalupe- Nipomo Dunes Center will host a hike on August 12th at the US Fish Wildlife Refuge, which sits just north of Guadalupe and offers visitors one of the most scenic — and definitely well hidden — natural areas along the state’s coastline.

The Preserve is in a magnificent canyon located on the Gaviota Coast. Free nature hikes with knowledgeable docents are held on the month's first and third full weekend, weather permitting—reservations are FREE and required.
